Meta advertising for proven, profitable low-ticket and SLO funnels

    Facebook ads for self-liquidating offers.

Bring in low-ticket buyers with the cost of the whole funnel in view. Fran manages the creative, campaigns and agreed improvements around what each new customer can actually be worth.

    Quick Answer

LTOads manages Facebook and Instagram advertising for proven, profitable self-liquidating offer funnels. Fran leads creative and campaign work to help you continue scaling profitably. Fees are $3,500 USD per month plus 5% of only monthly ad spend above $70,000. Ad spend is separate; new offer creation and funnel builds are scoped separately. Future profitability is not guaranteed.

    Make growth conditional on evidence

Increase spend when the results support it, with attention to what changes as buyer volume grows.

What 'self-liquidating' should mean in your account

A self-liquidating offer aims to recover the cost of acquiring customers through front-end sales and related purchases. Decide which purchases and time window count. A first-order result, a 30-day cohort and a forecast lifetime value describe different economics. Don't mix them into one flattering return number.

Revenue breakeven is not profit breakeven.

Hypothetical example: an initial buyer generates $40 across the product and immediate upsells. Refunds, payment fees and variable delivery average $8, leaving $32 before advertising. Paying $40 to acquire that buyer loses $8 before fixed overhead or the agency fee, even though revenue ROAS is 1. A later sale can improve the result, but it needs evidence and time to arrive.

    What we work on

For a proven, profitable low-ticket offer, the engagement covers Meta media buying, creative strategy, ad copy, scripts, video editing and tracking setup or optimisation. The monthly plan includes 20–40 ad creatives, with the mix agreed for your business. Funnel review can inform the ads; page rebuilds, product creation and email implementation are not automatically included.

Campaign setup, management and spending decisions
Buyer-focused angles, copy, scripts and creative production
Review of the sales page, checkout and offer stack to identify constraints; extra implementation is scoped separately
Reporting that separates front-end results from later customer value

    Who this service fits

You already have a proven, profitable low-ticket digital product, course, workshop or related offer. You want to keep scaling profitably, not hire a media buyer to invent or validate the offer. Bring purchase data, acquisition costs and the costs behind your margin so we can assess whether the additional management fee and testing budget make sense.

A proven, profitable low-ticket offer, not just a product that has made some sales
Access to the current funnel and relevant sales data
A budget for the service and advertising, treated separately
Capacity to supply agreed recordings and act on issues outside the ads-management scope

No low-ticket offer yet? Start with the build.

You do not need to force an unfinished product into an ads-management engagement. If your main offer already sells, we can discuss creating the low-ticket offer and funnel around it. Product responsibilities, launch scope and the build fee are agreed separately.

Check the evidence and the working relationship.

GMB Fitness co-founder Ryan Hurst describes Fran helping with positioning, the offer and the upsell structure when existing funnels stopped performing as expected. That is evidence of the work he describes, not a published CPA or profit benchmark. The engagement was broader than ads management alone; any additional funnel implementation in your project must be agreed separately.

Can your margin support the management fee?

Illustrative monthly example, not a client result: after refunds, payment fees, variable delivery costs and advertising, 500 buyers each leave $10 of contribution. That is $5,000 before management and other fixed costs. At $20,000 monthly ad spend, the $3,500 base management fee leaves $1,500 before other overhead and tax. With only 200 buyers at the same $10 contribution, the base fee alone exceeds the $2,000 contribution. A profitable product is necessary, but volume and margin still have to support hiring help.

At $70,000 monthly ad spend, the management fee is $3,500.
At $90,000 monthly ad spend, the fee is $4,500: $3,500 plus 5% of the $20,000 above the threshold.
The threshold resets monthly. Media spend is paid separately. Do not assume CPA or margin will stay constant as spend increases.
