By accessing or using the services provided by Low Ticket Ads Agency ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Low Ticket Ads Agency provides Meta advertising management services and digital products for low-ticket funnel businesses ($7-$97 products). Our services and products may include ad campaign management, creative production, funnel optimization consultation, performance reporting, downloadable guides, worksheets, and AI Skill bundles.
As a client, you agree to:
Service fees are billed according to the pricing plan agreed upon during onboarding. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our management fees.
While we have a proven track record of success with low-ticket funnels, we cannot guarantee specific results. Advertising performance depends on many factors including market conditions, product quality, offer strength, and audience response. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
Purchases of the 5-Minute Low-Ticket Offer Builder include a 365-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email fran@intellibots.io from the email used at checkout within 365 calendar days of payment. Eligible requests made within that window receive a full refund of the $5 purchase price to the original payment method, and access to the product may be revoked after refund. This guarantee applies only to the Offer Builder purchase and does not promise any particular sales, advertising, lead-generation, or business result.
Creative assets produced by Low Ticket Ads Agency for your campaigns are licensed for use in your advertising. Our proprietary strategies, processes, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Low Ticket Ads Agency.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, campaign data, and financial information.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your individual contract. Upon termination, you will retain access to your advertising accounts and campaign data.
Low Ticket Ads Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the preceding three months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our communication channels.
