    How to Price a Low Ticket Offer ($7, $17, $27 or $47)

    TL;DR

Price is not a vibe. It is a function of your blended Meta CPA, your bump take rate, and your OTO economics. Here is the four-band decision framework.

Pricing a low ticket offer is not a vibe decision and it is not "charge what you are worth." Price is a function of three numbers: your blended Meta CPA, the take rate of the bump that sits behind the front-end, and the price point of the OTO. The four prices that consistently move on cold Meta traffic in 2026 are $7, $17, $27 and $47. Each has different mechanics. Here is how to choose between them.

    $7 — Pure Impulse

At $7, the price is below the deliberation threshold for almost every audience. Landing pages convert 8–14% on cold Meta traffic, which is the highest range of any front-end price. The catch: $7 alone does not liquidate ad spend in any 2026 Meta account. The bump and OTO have to do almost all of the AOV lifting. Below $7 the processor fees crush margin. $7 is the realistic price floor.

    When $7 wins

Use $7 only when you have already tested a bump with 40%+ take and an OTO with 10%+ take. Otherwise $27 will quietly outperform it on AOV per visitor.

    $17 — The Light Qualifier

$17 lands a higher landing-page conversion rate than $27 (typically 6–10%) but a lower AOV. The pairing that works: $17 front + $27 bump (you can flip the convention here when the bump is genuinely a bigger product) + $67 OTO. AOV typically lands $26–$32. Best fit for buyer-list-driven backends — coaches, course creators, and consultants who care more about buyer count than per-funnel profit.

    $27 — The Workhorse

More 2026 ad accounts run a $27 front-end than any other price. The reason is simple: it lands the highest AOV per cold visitor across the most categories. The standard stack — $27 front + $17 bump (30% take) + $67 OTO (10% take) — produces AOV around $40, which clears typical Meta CPA windows in most info-product niches without exotic optimization.

    $47 — The Qualifier

$47 lands a higher AOV in isolation but typically loses 30–40% of landing-page conversion versus $27. The math usually favors $27 unless your audience is highly qualified, your front-end deliverable genuinely warrants the price, or your category CPA runs above $50. $47 also pairs cleanly with a $147–$197 OTO, which can lift AOV into the $70+ band.

    How to Decide

Pick on three inputs: your blended Meta CPA, the strength of your bump and OTO, and the production cost of the front-end asset. Strong bump and strong OTO → go $17 to maximize buyer count. Weak OTO or unproven backend → go $27 to make the math without backend reliance. High audience qualification or premium positioning → go $47.

    • Strong bump (35%+) + strong OTO (12%+) → $7 or $17
    • Average bump and OTO → $27 (default)
    • High-quality flagship product warrants the price → $47
    • Tested backend that monetizes buyer list aggressively → $7
    • Cold start with no funnel data → $27 every time

    Bro-math warning

Ignore advice that says "charge what you are worth." Cold Meta buyers do not know what you are worth. The price that maximizes AOV per visitor is the right price.

    How to Test Prices

Test in $10 increments and require at least 100 purchases per variant before deciding. Below 100 purchases, the variance in bump and OTO take rate makes the comparison meaningless. Test the front-end last — the bump and OTO are higher-leverage variables and should be tuned first.
